Shipping:

Originals:

Oil paintings take a very long time to dry, so it may be necessary to add an additional couple of weeks for shipping. All originals are wrapped in protective paper and plastic and shipped in a sturdy box with PLENTY of padding. Shipping rates vary by size, but range between $5-$160 I ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and work arrives 2-4 days from ship date. I purchase additional insurance on any original painting over $250, just in case!

Florida collectors will be charged a 7% sales tax at checkout.

Prints:

Prints are shipped either in a flat mailer or rolled in a tube. Utmost care is taken in preparing prints for packaging. The cost of shipping a print is between $7 and $30.

International:

International rates are calculated at check out, and can be hard to predict based on customs and border considerations. Prints are $25 to ship internationally. Originals vary by size (noted at checkout). If more or less is required to ship, I will credit or invoice you directly prior to shipment. These can be hard to predict and I appreciate your patience. Things to Know and Terms of Use

Originals:

For any series releases, I will announce to my email list, as well as announce via social media. Originals are sold online on a first come first served basis.

Prints:

My printers are carefully scouted and are committed to quality. Prints are offered on fine art paper, rolled canvas, or stretched canvas. I'm not currently offering matting or framing via my online shop except for custom home portraits.

Interior Designers:

I would love to offer you a discount code to use on prints for your spaces. Art may not be marked up from list price without written consent. Please contact me for inquiries!

Refunds and Exchanges:

I want you to love your piece! It’s that important to me. Therefore, I accept refunds or exchanges within the first 30 days.

Privacy:

I take your privacy very seriously. Your provided name and email to my email list is only being used for studio updates and not shared with anybody else. Information used in your order is protected and used solely to ship work and communicate with you regarding any issues of your order. I do not share your information with anyone. This website collects cookies and uses data for Google Analytics and pixels. I comply with CAN-SPAM and other legal requirements for email marketing.

For collectors in the EU: Your data is kept in my database for only as long as required to account for bookkeeping and purchase history. If you would prefer I delete your information, you can contact me HERE. You have the right to lodge a complaint with legal authority and resciend your data at any time. I will comply with your request within 3 business days.

Ownership

Kristin Cronic owns the rights to the art, including all sold originals and commissions. The collector may not reproduce her art without written permission. If the art is reproduced in media, please give Kristin Cronic credit. Art may not be resold or redistributed without her written permission.
